This cinnamon watermelon rind preseves was my Granny's recipe. It is a sweet cinnamon tasting preserve with sweetened watermelon rinds. It is a unique jam that is quite delicious. This is a 16 oz jar.
This is a seasonal item I get watermelons locally so get yours while you can! It is delicious on sandwiches, English muffins, pancakes, waffles, biscuits, or any other place you'd use preserves.
